Think you’re too old to go at life “hard-core”? Take a cue from Mary Allen Hardison.

At 101 years young, the great-great-grandmother from Utah has found a place in the Guinness World Records book as the Oldest Female to Paraglide TandemToday reports.

Hardison had something to prove to her son, Allen, 75, who recently took up paragliding, according to the news show.

“I didn’t want him to do something that I couldn’t do,” she tells Today.

Hardison’s instructor, who took the ride with her, called the woman “hard-core.” We call her “amazing.”
