I just did my first 7 mile stretch and feel great! I had to do it on my treadmill though..we are getting rain/sleet all day today in Missouri. How's everyone else doing?

It begins in week 9 (and continues throught the training program).. where she says to "walk 3 min (60% intensity, or about a 12:30 pace)". If my calculations are correct (which i believe they are) a 12:30 mile pace would equate to a 4.8 mile/hr speed on a treadmill.

Let me clarify: that sounds like distance, not pace.
