“I was ahead of my time,” the comedy icon has said of her many surgeries, on which she has spent over $80,000. “You Simonize your car, so why not your face?”

The Backwoods Barbie has said, “If you’ve got the money and you’re going to be out there, you owe it to people not to look like a dog.”

She started getting Botox around age 40 “as a preventive.” Her Ugly Betty character, Wilhelmina, who’s also a devotee, requires her assistant to perform in-office injections.

“I had my nose done, my breasts done, my teeth done,” the forthright singer has said. “If I want to put my tits on my back, it’s nobody’s business but my own.”

She tried Botox, but she hated it. "You know you’ve messed up when people close to you say, ‘Whoa, what are you doing?’ ”

“It’s better to be honest,” she has said of her tummy tuck and breast-lift. “There is a lot in Hollywood that is not as it seems.”

Botox is “not my thing,” the Private Practice star has said. “As for fillers, yeah, I am totally down with collagen.”

You name it, Osbourne has probably done it (including a face-lift, leg-lift and, after losing 125 pounds, a tummy tuck). “If anybody says their face-lift doesn’t hurt, they’re lying,” she has said.

The former Melrose Place star has admitted she went too far with fillers: “I saw a picture of myself and thought, uh-oh. You have to be careful. I’m a perfect example of that.”
