Q: Have you ever seen anything like this?
A: It takes me back to the Clarence Thomas hearings. Some of the most liberal senators behaved miserably because they did not stand up for fair treatment of Anita Hill. I remember when the hearings ended and I was wrapping it up from the Senate. Tom Brokaw said, “What have we learned?” and I said something like, “I think we learned that the United States Senate is the last plantation.” I can’t believe I said that on network television!

Newsflash, Andrea: Fluke was outed as a fraud. If you're so concerned about women's rights and how we should be viewed as members of the electorate, support women like Michelle Bachmann, Michelle Malkin, and Sarah Palin whenever they get filthy tirades flung at them by Bill Maher, John “Sly” Slyvester, Dave Letterman,Guy Cimbalo, and a ton of other leftwingnut "spokespeople". But we know you won't, because misogyny is okay as long as the target is a conservative female. Call your proctologist. He found your head.

It's funny that when I worked in a Catholic hospital and paid for my own birth control, it never occurred to me that they were denying me access to an important provision for my health. They must not have been paying attention to how I spent my salary because no one from the Catholic church ever showed up to prevent me from going into the pharmacy to get it. When I made the decision to work there, I was aware that the Catholic church did not believe in contraception, abortion, etc. and never had. I can not imagine that our government has the right to force a church to violate its long established doctrines and moral conscience.
