Choose Beverages Wisely

"Stay away from coffee, red wine or black tea. If you want to keep your teeth white but can't live without them, then rinse your mouth with water immediately after drinking. Rinsing with water is an effective way to reduce any risk of discoloration."

Polish On-The-Go

"If you're at a party and your teeth feel like they need to be cleaned, look for an apple or celery to munch on. Crunchy fruits and vegetables can help clean your teeth in any social emergency."

Fake It

"Tooth color is genetic; some people are born with whiter enamel. If you're not happy with the color of your teeth after various whitening treatments, ask your cosmetic dentist about veneers to make your smile brighter.

Invest in the Right Brush

"Many people have irregular teeth, which have a higher likelihood of staining. Use a rotating brush for a clean and healthier look."

Take Preventative Measures

"Oral heath is key for aging teeth: drink a lot of water and limit foods with a lot of sugar and carbs. Avoid snacking since the acid will attack your teeth for up to 20 minutes if you don't brush immediately."
