You'll look retro and romantic with this Downton-inspired updo. Start with a center part and straight hair that hasn't been washed for a day or two. Divide your hair into three even sections at the back of the head.

Make each of the three sections into ponytails at the nape of the neck.

Take one ponytail and roll the hair up toward your head. Use a large bobby pin to anchor it to your head and add four or five smaller bobby pins around the roll.

Do the same with the other two ponytails. Make sure the rolls are close together.

Pinch two of the rolls together and secure with a hair pin. Then pinch the other two rolls together and secure. Pin the sides, top, and bottom of the rolls until you form one connected roll and it feels secure.
