Here’s how to get Sara’s dazzling look:
1. A Fine Shine
Start by prepping eyes with a shadow primer (Try Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion) to keep color in place. Tightly line upper and lower eyelids (including the inner rims) with a black pencil liner like Shiseido Smoothing Eyeliner Pencil. Then use a small shadow blush to apply a slightly shimmery gunmetal-grey shadow to the lid only. (Try Urban Decay eyeshadow in Gunmetal) Next, apply a metallic silver shadow (like Make Up For Ever Glitters in Metallic Silver) to the crease, brow bone, lower lashline, and inner corners of the eyes. Finish with two coats of your favorite black mascara.
2. Heavenly Hair
If you have naturally wavy hair like Sara’s, using the right tools during your blowout can make all the difference. Use a thick, round, natural-bristle brush to grip strands tightly as well as distribute oils throughout hair. Avoid using plastic brushes, which can snag hair, causing breakage and dullness. After a blowout, amp up the glossiness by misting a few sprays of a shine-enhancer like Bumble and bumble Shine On (and On) Finishing Spray into your hands, and then run through your hair, taking care to pay more attention to the ends than the roots.
3. Leave Lips Bare
Or at least let them look that way. Create subtle definition by lining lips with Revlon ColorStay Lipliner in Blush, and then apply Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Pink Cognito, for moisture and shine.
