Ellen Barkin, 57, is reportedly living with screenwriter/director Sam Levinson, who is 31 years her junior. Sam, 26, is the son of director Barry Levinson, who gave Barkin her big break in the 1982 film Diner. Barkin, whose acrimonious divorce from mogul Ron Perelman made headlines in 2006, is now generating serious Tony award buzz in the Broadway revival of The Normal Heart. Go, Ellen! (6/3/11)

I am glad to check the article. I want to say that business trip is great. I am a professional women. I am just divorced. I love younger men. I am dating a man who is 25 year old. I love the energy and a nice tight bod. Older men just aren't the same, different mentality. I seem to have more in common with younger guys. Younger men are actually more fun and are usually more interested in me. I'm flattered. I think younger men like cougars because they have no agenda, don't usually want to get married and are usually very independent and don't need a man to take care of them. Agree...Cougar is a derogatory label...and thats a misprint...he is 26 not 36...so it is a 31 year difference...
If we want to be taken
If we want to be taken seriously, we need to stop using the derogative term, "cougar" to describe any woman that dates a man younger than herself. Do we assign an animal name to men that choose to date a younger woman? No! But we talk about a man and his "trophy wife," once again, looking at the woman as the culprit. Change starts small....c'mon MORE, you're better than this!
