Something magical happens after you turn 40. With age comes more than wisdom – there comes a surprising inner strength.  I’ve  finally shed the fear that was holding me back during my youth.   Doors are opening  because I am no longer afraid to walk through them.  I can see clearly now that the only person who can hold you back is you!

Armed with this revelation, I started my own caregiving business, signed up for my first 5K run, just went zip lining, and entered this contest!  Some may call this a mid-life crisis, but I prefer "mid-life discovery."  Life is an adventure.  I personally can’t wait to see what’s around the corner!  Sky diving anyone?

I finally know who I am and I know what is important.  With the love of family, friends, and my two amazing children,  this is truly the most fabulous time of my life.
