Behind-the-Scenes of the New Ad Campaign for Elizabeth Arden Red Door

This year marks Elizabeth Arden’s 100th Anniversary and the perfect time to re-launch the classic Red Door fragrance. The iconic Red Door is center stage, representing the passageway from the everyday "you" to the more beautiful "you".

It all starts with a natural look for the first part of the commercial. Our beautiful model looks naturally stunning in Neutral Cashmere shades from Elizabeth Arden’s Color Intrigue Eyeshadow Quad. Finish off with a touch of High Shine Lip Gloss in Honey Glaze and she’s ready to go!
For the second half of the commercial the model is made up to look even more stunning, glamorous and elegant. Her lips are made to look absolutely spectacular with Elizabeth Arden Color Intrigue Effects Lipstick in Poppy Cream. To complete the look, her lashes are thickened and defined with Ceramide Lash Extending Mascara in Black.
Our story opens with a lovely young woman in a non-descript space, dressed in daytime attire – casual, but very stylish.
As she approaches the Red Door she hesitates, then with determination she pushes the door open with a knowing smile.
As the door opens, a bright light beams through from the other side.
Before our model makes her way through the Red Door, the stylist uses her magic to turn the model’s coat into a stunning dress. Her hair and makeup are equally transformed.
The Director explains the look and feel of walking through the Red Door and the feeling of transformation that needs to be conveyed.
