Coachella is quickly approaching, and where would the festival fashionistas be without their silver-and-gold temporary tattoos and picture-perfect flower crowns?
And now there's great news for those looking to upgrade this year's accessory: a weed-laden flower crown.
The crowns were created by Lowell Farms, an organic marijuana grower out of California and feature the brand's "Coachella Blend" of cannabis that includes a mixture of appropriately-named weed strains including "Dog Walker," Single White Girl," and "Chocolate Hashberry."
Now while this kind of marketing to include the Coachella name might seem like a clever idea at first, if you think back to the recent lawsuit the festival had when it sued Urban Outfitters for using their name, you can definitely see some issues that might arise.
The crowns will be able to be pre-ordered and will contain a quarter ounce of smokeable cannabis atop each head. However, because it's almost obvious that this is going to catch on quickly, we have a feeling that even if there aren't a lot of crowns available, it won't take long for Coachella-goers to DIY their own.
Who knows what's next? Weed-infused temporary tats, anyone?
