Thigh-High Socks: Tips...

Thigh-High Socks: Tips to Flatter and Be Fashionable

One of the most flattering, fashionable, and most definitely practical fall/winter trends is the thigh-high sock phenomenon. I am head-over-heels for them! In my opinion, what makes thigh-high socks so flattering, even on someone who is short, like me, is the fact that they completely cover the knees. They elongate the leg, and create the illusion of long slim legs. Who wouldn’t want that? Even better, styling this cozy accessory is a cinch.

My favorite blogger to turn to when I want to find a new way to style thigh-high socks is Jennifer of The Native Fox. This babe knows exactly how to rock these chic, sexy socks. I love how she paired these slimming black thigh-high socks with shorts, a cozy sweater and a scarf. This is such a fun look for the fall and winter.

Next to her is the gorgeous Tejada of Dulce Candy who is sporting some thigh-high socks with a fun printed dress and leather vest. I love the edgy look the socks add to this look.

If you like a more rocker/punk look turn to Steph of The Fashion Citizen. She always knows how to transform playful grungy pieces into chic street style. I love the “school girl” vibe of this outfit with the on-trend plaid skirt as well.

Lastly, Blair of Atlantic-Pacific never fails to impress with her impeccable style and layering expertise. I love the many layers and textures this look has and the thigh-high socks give it that extra warm and cozy touch.

Don’t miss out on this chic trend!
