Monday OFF
Tuesday Run 3 miles (75% effort; about an 11:00/mile pace)
Wednesday OFF
Thursday Run 2 miles (80% effort; about a 10:30/mile pace) 
Friday OFF
Saturday Run 3 miles (70% effort; about a 11:30/mile) pace
Sunday OFF
