Amazing No-Flour, No-Sugar Brownie Recipe

Inevitably, there are people whom I meet who are truly inspirational and take a small bit of what I teach them to the next level.  Meet Vanessa, who not only lost more than 15 pounds in 3 weeks on the Naked Fitness program, but invented an amazing brownie recipe that I highly recommend.  Check this out!
Vanessa’s Dream Brownie
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
 2 large eggs
 2 egg whites
 1/3 cup prune puree
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
 1/3 cup mashed banana
 3 tablespoones Agave Nectar
1/2 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup finely chopped toasted cashews
 
Mix ingredients as they are listed and bake in a non-stick baking dish at 375 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Bon appetite!

Was this recipe recorded accurately? The batter was really runny, not like traditional brownie batter. My substitutes were honey, dark chocolate chips, applesauce for prune and reg vanilla extract. I did not use nuts. It has taken longer to bake than 14-18 minutes. I tried 16, then 5 and now added 11 minutes
