I have helped women when they
I have helped women when they had their babies as a birth doula and have used helped women use visualization before. But when I tried it with hot flashes I really didn't think it would work. I was wrong. When I feel the flash coming on I picture myself lying in the snow making snow angels and the flash dissipates before the sweats set in. Try it works for me.
