Insomnia is a difficult thing
Insomnia is a difficult thing to deal with and brought on by tension, stress and anxiety. Lavender is an extremely calming scent. When I can't sleep I use an aromatherapy eye pillow filled with lavender buds and flax seed. I purchased it from A Touch of Satin last year and it really helps me relax. The lavender and flax seed are organic and that's important. I keep it in the freezer and the coolness of the flax seed is very calming and helps me unwind. It is also great for hot flashes. A Touch of Satin had really pretty prints, all made out of beautiful satin.
