How to Make a Sidecar

Switch up your evening brandy with a sidecar. Although the origin of this French drink is unclear, the recipe is not. And this video has just what you need to make it tonight.

What You Need:

  • Brandy
  • Cointreau
  • Lemon juice

Wet the rim of a glass and dip it in sugar to coat. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz. brandy, 1 oz. cointreau, and 1 oz. lemon juice. Add ice and give it a good shake. Put a few pieces of ice in the glass, then pour the drink. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and enjoy.
