Unicorn Hot Chocolate...

Unicorn Hot Chocolate Is Almost Too Pretty To Drink

Unicorn hot chocolate is the majestic and magical drink that will cure your winter blues.

For a creature that's supposed to be rare, the unicorn has definitely been making a statement in 2016. From shedding tears on our lipstick, embellishing our eyelids, and blessing us with the rainbow ability to make our cheekbones pop for days. But now, thanks to the Créme and Sugar dessert parlor in Anaheim, California, we can taste the unicorn's rainbow power in more than just Skittles.

Precious little puppies, the perfect matte lipstick, and unicorn hot chocolate — all things that Julie Andrews should have been singing about in her list of favorite things. Parlor owner and unicorn aficionado Joanna Czikalla created the drink using pink-dyed white hot chocolate and topping it off with confetti-colored marshmallows and sprinkles. It's everything we've ever needed to perk up the dreary, winter months, but TBH, it looks like a real-life fairytale we'll gladly enjoy all year round.

Can't make it to California ASAP? Try making unicorn hot chocolate at home by following these three super easy steps:

  1. Pink hot chocolate exists! Grab some for your pantry, and make a mug according to the package directions using the powder and milk or water.
  2. Mix red food coloring with whipped cream to make the perfect bubblegum pink, and plop a spoonful (or more) atop your mug of hot chocolate.
  3. Top with birthday cake sprinkles and colorful mini marshmallows.

Feast your eyes (and your tastebuds!) on the oh-so-perfect unicorn hot chocolate in all of its colorful, foamy and majestic glory:
