This dream girl realized she wanted her body back when she was pregnant and still wearing the same clothes she wore before she got pregnant. Her life-changing motto: “If you don’t like something, change it.”
As soon as she gave birth to her son, David, Hudson did just that. In seven months she transformed her body from a size 16 to a still-shrinking six using Weight Watchers’ PointsPlus program, which she is now a spokesperson for.
When Bertinelli signed up to be the spokesperson for Jenny Craig in 2007 she weighed 172 pounds. "I have obsessed about my weight in some sort of way all my life," she said. "I used to write in my journal what I weighed every day."

In one year she lost 40 pounds by eating right and exercising. After her successful weight loss dieting in public for the first time, she showed off her new size 6 body on national television—in a bikini nonetheless!
“I wasted many years trying and failing with various diets, running the gamut from raw food to the cabbage soup diet, but always extremely low fat," says Thorne-Smith. "I spent my days feeling unsatisfied and obsessed with food, watching enviously when I saw anyone enjoying “forbidden” foods like cheese, whole eggs and—heaven forbid—ranch dressing."

All that changed when Thorne-Smith, best known for her roles on Melrose Place, Ally McBeal and currently According to Jim, started following the Atkins diet nearly 10 years ago. “The low carbohydrate lifestyle got me off of the diet roller coaster,” she says.
This tennis champ had her first win at Wimbledon when she was just 17 years old. Since then, she has continued to win many titles and accolades including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor, awarded by President Obama. When she turned 65, however, she acquired another title she’d rather not have: type 2 diabetes. Her diagnosis led to an urgency to keep her weight down.
Osmond’s motivation to lose weight was never driven by the notion of simply getting skinny; she was afraid she wouldn’t live to hold her grandchildren. The actress says she struggled with her weight her entire life growing up in the spotlight. In 2007, she hit her highest weight of 165 pounds.
