Can’t afford a Louis Vuitton luggage set? Well, maybe you’d cough up $68 for a condom stamped with the famed LV logo.

Too bad it’s a fake.

London’s Telegraph reports news of a Vuitton condom, complete with a brown monogrammed wrapper, went viral this week, even trending on Twitter, but it was actually a spoof created for World AIDS Day.

According to the newspaper, a Louis Vuitton spokesperson declined to comment on all the condom chatter, but we think we sense a new trend here: Designer prophylactics, anyone? Marc Jacobs, you’re up.
