After 14 years at Google, Marissa Mayer has jumped ship to Yahoo.

USA Today reports the company has hired the 37-year-old as its new CEO—the fifth in five years.

“I am honored and delighted to lead Yahoo, one of the Internet’s premier destinations for more than 700 million users,” Mayer, the first female engineer at Google, said in a statement, according to the newspaper.

Mayer joins Meg Whitman of Hewlett-Packard, Virginia Rometty of IBM and Sheryl Sandberg of Facebook in the small club of female leaders at large tech companies, USA Today notes.

“I am personally very excited to see another woman become CEO of a technology company,” Eric Schmidt, Google’s executive chairman, said in a statement.
