LiveScience reports that a new study, published in Personnel Psychology, finds abusive managers at the office can cause struggles at home.

“It may be that as supervisor abuse heightens tension in the relationship, the employee is less motivated or able to engage in positive interactions with the partner and other family members,” Merideth Ferguson, the study’s coauthor and an assistant professor at Baylor University, tells the website.

So does that mean nice boss, nice home life? Is there a place to request that on a résumé?
