Chris Ventry of flash sales site Gilt Groupe’s GiltMan says men are outbuying women online by 20 to 30 percent, according to CNBC, while a rep from Kiehl’s adds that men’s sales are twice the amount online as they are in brick-and-mortar stores.
Affluent male shoppers hit up Amazon.com most often, the survey shows, and popular brands include Rolex, Louis Vuitton and BMW.
