Here’s how it works: You go to sleep wearing a lightweight wristband, which syncs wirelessly to your mobile device via a free app. When it’s time to get up, the wristband gently vibrates in a way that has been proven to wake even the deepest sleepers (if you’re worried the shaking won’t work, there is an audible safety alarm function). The app tracks sleep hygiene numbers, such as how many times you wake during the night; for an extra $60 you can get a personalized sleep analysis and one-year access to a qualified sleep coach.
