In 2003, after her husband, Joe Wilson, wrote an op-ed column questioning the Bush Administration’s reasons for invading Iraq, Valerie Plame Wilson was outed by the White House as a CIA operative. Her career as an undercover agent was effectively over. She subsequently published a book about the experience, Fair Game, which has since been adapted for the big screen. The film, starring Naomi Watts as Plame Wilson and Sean Penn as her husband, is in theaters November 5. In the meantime, check out:
