What would you pay for a private swimming lesson with Michael Phelps? A Beverly Hills lunch with Warren Beatty? Here’s a chance to do a little online shopping—guilt-free, because it’s for a good cause.

The Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights is conducting its annual online auction for special items and unique experiences, donated by some of the biggest names in entertainment, fashion, sports, news and politics. There are more than 135 lots, and bidding ends May 28; click here or visit

Proceeds go toward the Center’s support of human rights defenders around the globe, including victims of violence in Darfur and hurricane survivors along the Gulf Coast.

Still relative bargains at post time? A day with Glenn Close on the Damages set, Gloria Reuben serenading guests at your next party, the chance to grill Meet the Press‘s David Gregory, an internship with Diane von Furstenberg, and that intimate lunch with you-know-who.
