Amazing No-Flour, No-Sugar Brownie Recipe

Inevitably, there are people whom I meet who are truly inspirational and take a small bit of what I teach them to the next level.  Meet Vanessa, who not only lost more than 15 pounds in 3 weeks on the Naked Fitness program, but invented an amazing brownie recipe that I highly recommend.  Check this out!
Vanessa’s Dream Brownie
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
 2 large eggs
 2 egg whites
 1/3 cup prune puree
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
 1/3 cup mashed banana
 3 tablespoones Agave Nectar
1/2 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup finely chopped toasted cashews
Mix ingredients as they are listed and bake in a non-stick baking dish at 375 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Bon appetite!
