Trying to avoid cancer-causing PCBs in your food?

Go local, says Marisa Weiss, MD, oncologist and founder of breastcancer.org: “I buy foods locally, in season and organic if possible. And when I eat fish, I remove the skin and the brown streak in the flesh, since that’s where the dangerous PCBs are most concentrated.”
