Hotels Create ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ Tie-Ins

Make like Ana and Christian during your next getaway

by Lesley Kennedy • Reporter

If you’ve read Fifty Shades of Grey (oh, come on, just admit it already), there’s a good chance you’d like to tap into your inner goddess during your next romantic getaway.

Of course, there are plenty of hotels ready to help you and your mate stay in Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey style, ABC News reports.

No, there’s no Red Room of Pain that we’re aware of, but at the Heathman Hotel in Portland, Oregon (named in the series), $2,750 will get you the “Charlie Tango No Limits” package, complete with apps, white wine and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant for six people, a helicopter tour, roses for the women and limo service, according to the network.

Seattle’s Hotel Max (Grey lives in the northwestern city, you know) has a “Fifty Shades of Seattle” package starting at $1,669. It includes a two-night stay, half-hour helicopter ride and chauffeured luxury-town-car service, ABC reports.

And in San Francisco, at $369 a night, the “Fifty Shades of Women” package includes a room at the Hotel Diva, Hotel Union Square or Kensington Park, with an “intimacy” kit.

We’re guessing the “Fifty Shades of Grey” bachelorette and honeymoon packages will be—ahem—tying up the travel industry soon.
