I have been a New York City restaurant critic for 40 years. I've published seven books --two best selling erotic novels, “Blue Skies, No Candy” and ”Doctor Love, a sex guide (”Delicious Sex”) and a steamy memoir, “Insatiable: Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess.”  I co-founded Citymeals-on-Wheels with James Beard 28 years ago to help feed the city’s needy homebound elderly and remain Board Chair.
