I'm an emerging writer currently living in the jungles of Costa Rica. I am working on a collection of short stories based on the theme of Moving On. Each story takes place in a different part of the world and includes an encounter with a stranger that changes the character's life and compels her to move on. It's about reinvention, and how it's never too late to start living the life you dream. I'm originally from Oklahoma, but have lived in Switzerland, Italy, Kansas, France, Bali, New York City, India, Israel, Boston, Atlanta and New York City (again). My stories reflect my diverse background and my passion for travel and adventure. They explore how we grow by taking risks, and sometimes how we have to regroup and change direction. I have a Master’s degree in Journalism, speak three languages, and have worked as an Executive Producer in New York City in Event Production for almost fifteen years.
