I firmly believe that if life wasn't meant to be fun, they wouldn't have invented fun!

I think most people who know me would agree that I'm interesting, fun and a little quirky. I've lived a number of places, have gotten the most out of every decade as I traveled through it, have been married and not, raised two daughters and now have two grands. For the most part, it's been a good, unpredictable roller coaster ride.      

I’m one of those fortunate few who found a field of work that I also love... so it hardly feels like work. I’m a communicator by spirit and by profession: primarily public relations and marketing. I'm good at it, so it's rewarding and satisfying, and that's made all the difference.      

My favorite things include laughter, music, friends, rain on the roof, hockey and baseball, staying in bed on a weekend morning, dogs, convertibles, walking or bicycling, meeting new people, cooking, having friends over, relaxing, excitement, things I haven't even thought of yet! I also love movies and books ~ and am fairly easy to please, asking only that they entertain ~ and I'm almost always reading something.      

I enjoy going out to great night spots: jazz clubs, theatres or comedy clubs. Live music is a passion, from Mozart to Mellencamp to Thelonius Monk. I like to find new places: beaches, mountains and historic destinations, shops, restaurants, even little nooks and crannies of places ~ whether nearby or far afield.
