After 25 years in the corporate world, I decided to take a break and breathe.  After doing that for a few months , I realized that I was passionate about helping women at midlife explore what's next for them and telling their stories.  With that midlifesequel.com was born.  The word sequel is an anagram for the words: share, experience, question, unwind, engage and learn.

I'm also writing a book that will share my perspective on life.
