I'm 52 years old and a native of Guam. My parents were born and raised here but my Father was Italian. I was educated on Guam but recieved my B.A. from Vassar College. I have been teaching fitness and wellness classes for over 25 years. I was certified in 1991 as a Personal Fitness Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Chicago. I also have a Gold Lifetime certification in Step Aerobics from AFAA. I have many years experience teaching indoor cycling, step aerobics, circuit training, strength training, weight training and personal training. I am also a former competitive bodybuilder having won many titles from 1986-1989. I owned a gym,  and modeling school, had my very own radio talk show and  have worked for myself since I was 24 years old. I am divorced with no children and love the outdoors. I'm really good with my hands and discovered I had an aritistic side. I love to work with tile, wood and castaways to create unique accents for rooms.

I produced Guam's first Nude calendar and launched my website http:/www.monaroberts.com/. I write a weekly fitness blog at  monaroberts.blogspot.com on many aspects of health and fitness.
