I'm 36 (as of writing this), I own and operate a sports supplement and vitamin business as well as being a (formerly) nationally ranked bodybuilder and powerlifter all while being the consummate "un-guy."
I do not play nor do I watch sports, I dislike action movies and overly violent movies. I enjoy reading, art and music, and my taste in music runs from musicals to ska to punk and everything in between. I spent ten years in the IT field as a technical consultant, until finally throwing off the shackles of corporate servitude and going into a line of work I actually enjoy.
I have been a practicing Buddhist (Theravada) for 15 years and it has helped me learn to adapt to whatever life throws at me. I have a 15 year old daughter (her mother and I are not together any longer, though everything is friendly between us) a dog and a cat (I'm not with the dog and cats mothers either, but that would just be weird anyway). I have been happily married since 2005 to my beautiful wife and try to live life without regrets.
I like to have fun, but tend to over think things. I try to approach everything with a level head, but have been known to let my passions rule me from time to time...
