After struggling for many years, I lost 40 pounds and five sizes. Now, I'm committed to helping others reach their health and wellness goals. I love lifting weights, running, kickbocking, pilates and biking. I'm always looking for new ways to challenge and motivate myself and others! The only way to do this is to ask questions, share ideas and offer support. It can be done!
