Retro Hair Headband

Finding the right headband for all your holiday looks can be a headache. This retro-inspired hairstyle matches everything, and all you need is a comb and a few pins. It's the perfect last-minute party style.

To start this retro style, grab a 1- to 2-inch section of hair by one ear. Pull that section around the top of your head, toward your opposite ear. Make sure to keep a comb handy so the section stays smooth. Lift the hair by your opposite ear and pin the section behind your ear and under the hair. This will hide the pins and give the section the illusion of being a headband. Repeat on the other side to balance out the look. Finally, back comb the sections by your crown for some extra lift and you're ready for your holiday soiree!
