How to Style a Pompadour Updo
Before Snooki dubbed it the poof, it was called a pompadour. It continues to be a sleek way to get your hair out of your face, even if you're not a Jersey girl.
Dress up any look with this polished pompadour. Between your temples, take about an inch of hair and comb it. Add dry shampoo to the roots in the back. Tease the hair; the more you tease, the bigger the pompadour. Lay this section in front of your face and repeat the steps on a second section of hair. Combine the sections, flip them back over, and smooth the edges with a comb. Choose where you want the end of the pompadour to be and secure it with crisscrossed bobby pins.
