Pumpkin Spice Hair Is Officially A Trend, And We’re Obsessed

The season's most popular food and drink trend is now a hair color.

Fall is close, and nothing is safe.

Most of us already have an unhealthy adoration of the pumpkin spice trend. There's (of course) the original pumpkin spice latte (God bless), and the world seems more than ready to embrace the pumpkin-spicing in other places, too (and we're not complaining one bit). This includes pumpkin spice donuts, ice cream, alcohols, cereals, candies, yogurt, etc. However, the movement has officially spread its spices into more than just things that are edible — allow us to introduce #PumpkinSpiceHair.

This multidimensional auburn color (it's not as orange as you'd think!) gives off a warm and season-appropriate vibe, and the more we see of it, the more we adore it. Plus, you can wear it in so many ways, just by introducing both dark and light reds, oranges, golds, and browns into your coloring. Check out some of the ways people are rocking the pumpkin spice trend.

#PUMPKINSPICEHAIR Is the Hottest Trend of the Season! It seems like every year pumpkin fever gets earlier and earlier in the season—like, before it's even fall. Starbucks rolls out its popular Pumpkin Spice Latte the first week of September, Dunkin Donuts starts selling its pumpkin offerings at the end of August, and let's not even talk about how early grocery stores put pumpkin-spice treats on the shelves. (Hint: it's when it's still hot out.) It's not just food, either. There's pumpkin-spice highlighter, as well as Bath & Body Works' new pumpkin-scented collection. Are you pumpkin'd out yet? Because now the trend has gone to women's heads with pumpkin-spice hair color blowing up all over Instagram. It sounds maybe a little too orange, but pumpkin-spice hair color is actually really beautiful. It's an auburn shade with highlights, either natural or salon-made. There's something about the style's multidimensional vibe, evoking fallen leaves, that makes it feel even more perfect for when the temperature drops. #hair #fashion #modernsalon #americansalon #behindthechair #beautylaunchpad #sudzz #sudzzfx #hairtrend #hairofinstagram #instahair #hairdressersofinstagram #fallhair #hairstyles

If you're not feeling brave enough to fully embrace the all-out color, pumpkin spice highlights are an awesome possibility, too!

Whichever you decide, this is definitely one of those autumn trends that we've fallen for.
