Want Kate Middleton Hair? Her Stylist Just Revealed The Exact Products She Uses
by Caitlin White
You can get royal tresses for less than $20. This is not a drill.
When you think about Kate Middleton’s luscious locks, you think about getting the absolute royal treatment at the most luxury of salons. However, royal stylist Amanda Cook Tyler just spilled some secrets and revealed the exact products she uses to get the famous Kate Middleton hair look. And huge news: You can afford all of them.
Tyler shared a photo to her Instagram showing a stash of hair tools and products that she was taking on Kate and William’s trip to Sweden and Norway, captioning the pic, “Think that’s everything! #worktrip #packing.” The Royal Family couldn’t have been happy about Tyler’s reveal, because not only is the original Instagram now deleted, Tyler’s entire account is deleted. Whoops.
So what royal secrets did Tyler spill, causing her Instagram absence? Well, to get bouncy, beautiful Kate Middleton hair, you don’t have to spend more than $20 per product. Seriously.
The spread is seriously stacked: 19 hairbrushes and combs, three curling wands, two hair dryers, and enough voltage to keep it all going, with a whole pile of electrical outlets to plug in. But what’s most interesting is the row of hair products.
Let’s break it down.
Tyler will have to spend even less on Kate’s hair products now, because the Duchess of Cambridge recently chopped off seven inches of her hair to donate to children’s cancer charity Little Princess Trust. Her donated hair will be used to create real-hair wigs for children with cancer who lose their hair during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
So it’s not just Kate Middleton’s hair and fashion style we should be emulating, it’s her generosity, too.
