This Brilliant Makeup Brand For People Of Color Is A Beauty Game-Changer

With foundations, lipsticks, and everything in between, beauty brand KoyVoca is a beauty dream come true for people of color.

Picking the right shade of foundation is never an easy feat—especially for people of color. Makeup brands are working to provide larger varieties and shades of products. However, beauty brand koyVoca is hoping to make it easier for people of color to pick their perfect shade.

Launched by Courtney Coates in 2016, koyVoca's vision is to create a line of products that "offer a greater array of choices to those of deeper complexions."

With 21 shades of brown cream-to-powder foundations in warm, cool, neutral, and olive shades, the brand is offering the most diverse range of colors and products we've seen. According to the site, the finish is a velvet matte, which "gives the skin a natural glow." Plus, they're only $16. Amazing.

The brand shared on Instagram that their goal is to provide a product that fits women of color all around the world.

"I have this goal to create an extensive shade range that will fit all the complexions in the world (I can dream right?)," koyVoca says. "International beauties, I hear you! Over the weekend I will be adding more countries to the list!"
