Fenty Beauty Launched Its First Ever Bronzer, and It Has Eight Different Shades
by Daniela Galvez
Continuing her mark as a pioneer of inclusivity, Rihanna just launched a bronzer that will give women of all skin tones a sun-kissed glow.
Since launching her cosmetics brand, Fenty Beauty, Rihanna has been committed to showing the beauty industry that products should not be one shade fits all. From her groundbreaking Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation, which boasts a 40-shade range, to her equally impressive Pro Filt’r Concealer, Fenty Beauty aims to diversify beauty by offering makeup that caters to the full gradient of skin tones.
Just in time for summer, the cult-favorite brand wants to help women of all shades achieve a natural glowing tan without sizzling under the sun. In lieu of skin-damaging UV rays, Fenty Beauty launched its first ever bronzer, the Sun Stalkr Instant Warmth Bronzer that promises instant warmth to the complexion. While most beauty brands typically carry one or two bronzer shades, RiRi created eight different hues, ranging from fair to very deep.

Sharing the exciting news of the launch with beauty enthusiasts on Instagram, Fenty Beauty revealed the bronzer was two years in the making.
“Bronzer isn’t one shade fits all! It took @badgalriri over 2 years to develop the perfect bronzer that brings out the right pigments for a natural warmth and glow on all skin tones,” the caption reads. Check out all eight shades below—from deepest to lightest: Mocha Mami, Coco Naughty, Caramel Cute, Bajan Gyal, I$land Ting, Private Island, Shady Biz, and Inda Sun.
While the shade range is impressive in itself, the formula also caught our attention. Described as a “light-as-air bronzer,” this weightless product blends seamlessly on the cheekbones and offers a sun-kissed glow in seconds—no tanning required. Plus it’s long-wearing and transfer-resistant so you won’t feel the need to constantly touch up throughout the day. Similar to the hexagonal-packaging from the Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter, the powder bronzer comes in a sleek compact case with a mirror for all your on-the-go applications.
Luckily, you can pick up your bronzer shade starting today for $30. The Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzer will be available in store and online at Sephora. Of course, like the Pro Filt’r Foundation, which sold out in the darker shades, it’s possible some of these shades might start selling out quick. Run, don’t walk, to Sephora!
