The "so good it should be illegal" lash-amplifying formula is said to boost volume by almost 14 percent while separating and curling hairs that will supposedly last through any steamy situation you might happen to find yourself in. However, as dreamy as this new product sounds for our fall beauty bag, the $24 tube isn't actually available from Urban Decay's website until September 5—for some people, that is.
