Let Shay Mitchell Show You How To Slay Your Festival Makeup

It's the perfect combination of unicorn and festival-chic!

Looking for a fun makeup look for this year's festival season that will help you stand out from the crowd without being too wild to wear? Shay Mitchell and her makeup artist have officially blessed us with a tutorial that is the perfect blend of unicorn and festival-chic, and we're so here for this.

"We think this festival season is all about fun hair, fun makeup, and just things you wouldn't think to do on a regular basis," the Pretty Little Liars star says in the video.

Even if you don't love the finished look for yourself, there are some awesome tips you won't want to miss, so be sure to check out the full tutorial below!

Step 1: Swipe a neutral transition color into the crease of your eye and blend upward.

Step 2: Apply a peach eyeshadow evenly onto the lid and crease of your eye.

Step 3: Taking a flat shader brush, press on a bold shade across your entire lid for maximum coverage. (Ariel chose a vibrant pink!)

Step 4: Going back into the crease of your eye, swipe the same peach color that you used earlier to soften and blend. ("You kinda want to create like a sunset.")

Step 5: Create your own shade by mixing a wine-colored shadow with a hot pink color on your brush and softly swipe the color along your lash line and the crease to create depth.

Step 6: Using a fluffy blending brush, blend everything outward to soften the edges. It doesn't have to be perfect!

Step 7: To create a base, apply your foundation of choice, and lightly blend an illuminator onto the top of the cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose, and toward the top of the hairline.

Step 8: Using a bronzer, create a soft line right beneath the cheekbone to add definition and blend it upward to soften.

Step 9: Apply and blend concealer underneath your eyes, on the upper lip, down the bridge of the nose, and in the center of your forehead. Gently press a light powder to mattify and set the makeup.

Step 10: Use a thin pointed brush and apply a teal colored eyeshadow to your bottom lash line for a fun pop of color. Taking a slightly darker blue, tight line the bottom lashes.

Step 11: Create a thin line on the upper edge of the crease, using a dark purple, to outline the top part of the lid.

Step 12: With a white lip color, draw on four dots, decreasing in size from the eyebrows to the forehead.

Step 13: Apply false lashes and mascara to up the intensity even more. Finish the look by filling in your pout with a neutral lip liner and gloss!
