Some people really aren't happy about this trend.
For some people, the classic holiday nail polish techniques are just not quite festive enough for all of their seasonal activities. Some go for snowflakes, others for Santa hats, and mistletoe designs, but there are always the few who like to test the limits outside of the norm (like way outside). Think a "green Jim Carrey and his dog in a cave away from the city"-outside. Ladies and gents, say hello to furry nails.
While a select few think it's cute, the majority of people find the trend's uncanny resemblance to the Grinch a little err, off-putting. And, like everything else, the Twittersphere had something (a lot of things) to say about the fuzzy look.
These furry nails are like the grinch. Idk wtf you guys are talking about when you say they're "cute" pic.twitter.com/7NSvQ0uBBC

OK, it would be a lie to say that we didn't have to squint to see the connection between the Christmas-thief and these furry nails. However, if you're all about this look, you'll most likely have way warmer fingers than the rest of us who opt out, so who are the real winners?
