While it may be tough to have a successful marriage in Hollywood, some celebs choose to marry people who aren’t famous and find that their relationships are longer lasting. Here is a list of 15 celebrities that married non-famous people and are still happily married today.
30 Rock’s Alec Baldwin met his wife, Hilaria at the Pure Food and Wine restaurant in NYC. The actor and NYU-educated yoga instructor met in 2011 and tied the knot in June 2012. A little more than a year later, the couple welcomed daughter Carmen into the world in August, 2013, with son Rafael following in June 2015. Hilaria is currently pregnant with the couple’s third child.
Action star Matt Damon met his wife, Luciana Bozan, while he was filming Stuck on You in Miami and she was tending bar. They married in 2005, with Luciana’s daughter from a previous relationship serving as witness. Since then, three daughters have been born to the Jason Bourne actor and his bride.
The ever-charming Christian Bale met his wife, Sibi Blazic, while at his Little Women co-star Winona Ryder’s barbecue; Sibi was Winona’s personal assistant at the time. She’s been lighting up the Dark Knight’s life ever since, with the two welcoming daughter Emmaline and son Joseph into the world in 2005 and 2014 respectfully.
