The Latest News About Taylor Swift Is Seriously Disturbing

Taylor Swift's deposition of her sexual assault lawsuit against Robert "Jackson" Mueller has been released to the public, and the details of the alleged incident are upsetting.

After a backstage meet-and-greet in 2013, Denver radio host Robert "Jackson" Mueller sued Taylor Swift for slander after the singer accused him of sexual assault and, as a result, lost his job and was banned from future concerts. In his defense, Mueller stated that he believed it was his boss at the KYGO radio station who touched the singer inappropriately. Swift countersued the former host soon after for assault and battery, sticking to what she believed to be true. Her deposition that describes the events of the evening was just released. The details she gives of him allegedly groping her are more than disturbing.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," Swift said, according to Billboard. "That means it wasn't an accident. It was completely intentional; I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

The photo evidence that supposedly supports Swift's claims was sealed by the judge in the case on Friday, with the singer's lawyers arguing that "the widespread dissemination of this image might significantly complicate jury selection." However, the request for any other evidence to be held back was denied.

"I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way that I had never experienced before," the pop star continued in the transcript of the video. "A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned."

This case is among plenty of widespread conversation on sexual assault as of late, especially among celebrities who are speaking out against these horrific actions. The singer has stated that if she were to win the case, she will donate any money she receives to "charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
