Our Favorite Bachelorette Stars And What They’re Doing Now

Take a look back on Bachelorette stars from seasons past and see what they’re up to these days.

Season 1: Trista Sutter

The original Bachelorette star stole our hearts on the show and made us fall in love with love. Trista is a mother of two and is still married to her season pick, Ryan Sutter. The couple — who met 13 years ago! — live in Vail, Colorado, and are just as in love today as they were in 2003.

“Whenever I hear of people going on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ right after, it’s heartbreaking to me [because couples] really need to focus [their] time and energy on each other [after the show]… For some people, they get caught up in the glamour of it all, and the excitement,” Trista told the Today Show last year.

She and Ryan have lived a relatively quiet life outside of the media frenzy that surrounds the show. Of course, she was on the show when it just started out which made getting away from the craziness a bit easier.

Season 2: Meredith Phillips

The former model took the helm as the second ever Bachelorette. She accepted a proposal from Ian Mckee, but the two split before walking down the aisle. Phillips opened up about her struggle with alcoholism in 2013 and admitted that she would drink 20 bottles of wine per week.

Phillips married her high school sweetheart, Michael Broady, and the two live together in Portland, Oregon.

“I have had a really, really hard four years and, you know, I’m getting my strength from my weakness, and that was alcoholism. That’s driving me to be a better person and to do good. I want to see what I have because it’s not over yet,” Phillips told ABC News three years ago.

Season 3: Jen Schefft

Jen was the only Bachelorette who ended her season without an engagement ring. She was unable to decide between Jerry Ferris and John Paul Merritt. On the After The Final Rose show, Jen ultimately chose Ferris but she rejected his proposal. She ended up getting married in 2009. She and her husband Joe Waterman have two daughters, Mae and Charlotte.

Season 4: DeAnna Pappas

Pappas has found love with Steven Stagliano. She broke up with her season pick Jesse Csincsak before their scheduled wedding. DeAnna and Steven are proud parents to daughter Addison Marie and their son Austin Michael, who joined their family in March.

“We parent really well together. I’ve always said to him, ‘I don’t want to play good cop, bad cop. I don’t ever want to be played against one another, no matter what happens. And it’s been a pretty flawless transition,” Pappas told People Magazine back in April.

Season 5: Jillian Harris

Harris’ engagement to Ed Swiderski ended about a year after the two got engaged on the show. Harris is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, Justin Pasutto. According to The Stir, the reality television alum was feted with an all-white baby shower earlier this month. She and Pasutto don’t know whether they are having a boy or a girl but Jillian has a feeling it’s a boy!

Season 6: Ali Fedotowsky

Ali broke up with Roberto Martinez shortly after her season ended but she has since found love with beau Kevin Manno. The two are engaged to be married and just welcomed daughter Molly Sullivan Manno into the world on July 6. The TV personality and her fiance haven’t been getting much sleep lately. “The first 2 weeks were pure bliss for me and Kevin. I was honestly confused by that because most parents we talked to said the first 2 weeks were the hardest. Week 3 however, it started to catch up to us. Molly barely sleeps more that an hour and 45 minutes between feedings and I am exclusively breastfeeding so that means I get very little sleep at night,” Ali wrote on her blog.

Season 7: Ashley Hebert

Ashley wasn’t a favorite on Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor but she was a terrific Bachelorette. Fans absolutely fell in love with her and her season pick, JP Rosenbaum. The couple had one of the most beautiful television weddings you will ever see. They are pregnant with their second child, a girl, who will be a little sister for Fordham, 21 months. Ashley and JP moved to Miami where Hebert works as a pediatric dentist.

Season 8: Emily Maynard

Emily thought she found love with Bachelor Brad Womack but ended up breaking up with him a short time later. Since everyone loved Maynard, it seemed only right that ABC producers invited her to hand out roses on The Bachelorette. She met and fell in love with Jef Holm but their relationship came to an end not long after the season.

Emily met a man named Tyler Johnson at church and ended up marrying him in June 2014. The couple have a son, Jennings, together and he’s the cutest stinkin’ thing you’ll ever see! Emily is pregnant with her third child (she has daughter Ricki with former boyfriend, Ricky Hendrick, who passed away in 2004).

Season 9: Desiree Hartsock

Desiree had a tough time on her season but was able to see the light and pick the right guy. She married Chris Siegfried in January 2015. The couple lives in Seattle, Washington, and is expecting their first child together later this year.

Season 10: Andi Dorfman

Andi Dorfman seemed to have something super special with her season pick, Josh Murray, but the two didn’t make it very far. Andi has been enjoying the single life and recently published her first book, “It’s Not Okay,” which is a tell-all. She talks about her two exes from The Bachelorette, Nick Viall and Josh Murray, in depth.

Season 11: Kaitlyn Bristowe

Kaitlyn is still engaged to Shawn Booth after a super fun season. The two live together in Nashville, Tennessee, and have some of the best Snapchats ever. Their relationship seems to be going strong and the two have a lot of fun together. No wedding plans have been announced.
