Selena Gomez is definitely one of those celebrities who doesn't take her fans for granted. Of course, she's always taken pictures with concert-goers after packed shows, but she recently decided to take things to a whole new level.
The 24-year-old pop star has been touring in Australia on her Revival Tour, so she took the opportunity to surprise one of her biggest fans. Sophie Saunders, who has been following Gomez's concerts across Australia, also created a Facebook and Instagram page to encourage Selena to come and perform in Australia. "I kind of did that to get other fans connected to each other," Saunders said in an interview with KIIS 1065. What an amazing fan?
When Selena heard about Sophie's efforts, she knew she had to pay her a visit. In collaboration with KIISS 1065, Selena planned the most epic surprise for her number one fan. The radio station reached out to Sophie, convincing her to record her own version of Selena's hit Kill Em' With Kindness, promising they would show it to Selena later. Sophie nervously began recording herself singing in her bedroom, when Selena barged into the room, instantly bringing her to tears. The best part? The entire moment was caught on camera.
"I can't believe that happened. I can't believe that she took the time to come and see me," Sophie said. Selena Gomez, you're the best.
