It's that time of the year again! Spring has teens across the country suiting up for the fabled climax of their high school experience: Prom night. But these teens suited up in an entirely different way.
One week before the premiere of Captain America: Civil War, a group of male Subiaco Academy students donned superhero symbols beneath their more classic tuxedo looks. And we couldn't love it more! Featuring Batman, Iron Man, Superman, Green Lantern, Captain America, and more, these Arkansas high schoolers look ready to take on the world—or at least the dance floor. Their dates looked super as well, wearing perfectly coordinating corsages and floor-length dresses. After all, what's Prom without a killer dress?
Hoping to see some female heroes? Us too. Don't worry. These guys aren't the only high school students to channel their inner superhero on Prom night. This dedicated teen crafted a green hood in the style of The CW's Arrow to go along with her Prom dress, while her friend modeled hers after The Flash. The super-duo even got some love from Arrow himself when Stephen Amell shared her post to his personal page.
Just goes to show that Prom is what you make it, whether you show off your nerdy side or keep it more traditional. At the end of the day, it's all about having fun.
